Captain Crunch Crusted Stuffed French Toast made A Little Healthier

So last week I decided to try a new breakfast option for my Saturday morning. Usually, every Saturday I make very health conscious pancakes for breakfast (Sometimes not that health conscious at all LOL). This Saturday I wanted to make something different, but I had to perfect the idea before I pitch it to my family for breakfast because my Wife and boys will definitely let me know if they like it or not. So, I decided to do a trial run on Wednesday, to make sure I get my flavors right. I was happy with the outcome, and knew what I needed to do to make it pop. So Saturday morning I woke up early, start prepping my ingredients, and went all in. Final results is depicted above, and the family loved every bit of it. My wife doesn't like white creamy stuff, so the cream cheese in the middle wasn't her fave as far as presentation, but flavor was on point.


2 slices Pepperidge Farm 80 calorie cranberry swirl bread

1/2 Captain Crunch Cereal

2 tbsp Greek Yogurt cream cheese

1/2 tbsp Truvia brown sugar

5 egg whites and 1 whole egg

1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

Bananas and raspberries for garnishment
